Trying to hold on to small habits was the only thing that got me through the rough days

Kat, 35
Vancouver, Canada

If there's one thing I want from this community it's knowing I'm not alone, surrounded by like-minded people who want the best for themselves

David, 53
New York, USA

My hope is to set myself up for a long and healthy life so that I can travel and be there for my kids whenever they need me

Amanda, 44
Canada

I want connection with people who are serious about growth — mentally, physically, and emotionally — and who value discipline without ego.

Jeffrey, 48
Spokane, Washington

I'm hoping this community can help me find rhythm within the chaos

You’re not
doing this alone

Let's be honest: almost every good habit is already common knowledge. Knowing was never the problem — staying the course is. And that's hard to do alone. So we're building the environment that makes it easier: people walking the same path, support when motivation dips, and a shared rhythm that keeps you moving. Every week, a shared experiment. Twice a month, we meet live.

Small steps → big change

We stripped away the extras and kept only the foundation — the few things that truly shape your healthy years: sleep, nutrition, movement, connection, mind, and regular check-ups. Fewer practices, bigger effect.

Healthcare is broken — it treats symptoms, not systems.
We’re building a movement that shifts focus from “not dying” to truly living.

Got questions? We’ve got you

What is Biohelping?

Biohelping is a Healthspan Humanity Movement: a community that helps people extend their active years, powered by a free platform with science-backed micro-practices.

What’s our purpose?

Lower the barriers to self-care and keep people on track through community support and smart tech.

How is Biohelping different from biohacking apps?

No extreme hacks, paid add-ons, or “grind” challenges—just ≤ 15-minute, evidence-based micro-steps plus pressure-free community support.

How much does it cost?

Everything available today—practices, tracker, community—is free.

Will you monetise later?

We may add optional donations to fund growth, but Biohelping itself will stay free.

How can I help now?

• Try practices and share feedback  • Spread the word  • Join protocol discussions  • Connect us with doctors/researchers  • Welcome new members and earn BH.

How scientific is this?

Each practice is backed by RCTs, meta-analyses, or accepted physiology. We consult physicians, physiologists, and dietitians and link to the studies.

How much time per day?

3–15 minutes. The Launch → Steady → Mastery path lets you move at your own pace.

Do I need special gadgets?

No—any smartphone or browser is enough.

What are BH points?

BH are points for completed practices and community contributions. You’ll trade them for limited-edition merch and future community perks.

Is it safe?

Practices are gentle and suit most people. For special conditions (pregnancy, panic episodes) we provide “slow/stop” guidelines. When in doubt, consult a physician.

How do I register and what do I get?

A free account (email or Google) unlocks the practice platform and an invite to the community chat.

Where can I ask questions or share ideas?
