14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of theUnited Arab Emirates (UAE), and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictionof its courts. BIOHELPING does not offer arbitration., and will be subject tothe exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. BIOHELPING does not offerarbitration.
