About the meeting

You already have reasons to work on your health. The problem is, they’re not yours.

The doctor said so. Your age keeps reminding you. Everyone around you runs. Borrowed reasons don’t hold, which is why “I really should” goes on for years.

The 90-minute Why meeting is for sorting out your own: what actually matters in your life, where health fits into it, and whether you have a reason of your own to change anything.

Why not a plan

At the “thinking but not doing” stage, another plan is useless: you’ve had plans. Without a reason of your own, every one of them lasts a few weeks.

That’s why we start with Why not How

What you leave with

By the end, you’ll have it on paper

The last field has three honest options: try one small action, observe yourself for a while, or keep thinking.

Who we are

Biohelping is a healthspan movement

the years you live healthy,
not just the years you live

Two-thirds of deaths worldwide come from chronic disease, and a large share of it is preventable. The main tool of prevention isn’t medication — it’s everyday behavior: food, movement, sleep. In the largest clinical trial, changing daily habits cut the risk of type 2 diabetes by 58%, well ahead of the medication tested in the same trial.

Science has figured out what to do, and doctors tell us. But helping people actually change their habits is nobody’s job.

That’s the gap we work on: between “I know what to do” and “I’m doing it” — a gap most people live in for years.

How we’re built

Everything essential is free, and it stays free

We don’t keep the method behind a paywall: the more people use it, the better for the mission.

What’s paid is personal work with a coach, for those who need it.

The Why

For when you’re not sure you want to change anything at all.

Figure out which changes carry personal meaning for you. And which don’t. “I’m not changing anything for now” is a complete outcome.

The How

For when you’ve decided but aren’t moving.

Figure out what’s holding you back and pick a step you can actually take. Small enough that it doesn’t require resolve.
